Working as a team and helping each other was the best thing about working in a group presentation. All the presentations had something unique and original. Our presentation was focused on leadership and problem solving. At first it was a bit difficult since we did not know each other, and we had not yet planned how we were going to distribute the work. Our leader distributed the jobs and explained what we had to do, and also answering questions and putting together everyone’s ideas. We divided our chapter into several subchapters so that all team members had the opportunity to express themselves freely on their specific topic. My subchapter is about evaluating group effectiveness. Since I had a partner, he and I put together ideas and teamwork to create the best possible presentation. When all the work was done, everyone doble checked their worked to make sure our quality as a group and individuality was impeccable.  It was amazing how everyone worked so hard and always there for each other. Although, we were not the only groups that presented. In total we were 3 groups, the other two groups presented different themes. First group presented chapter 3, which was about intercultural communication. Communicating between different types of people all over the world with different origins, cultures, traditions and languages. Just as each culture is different and what is its own identity. This presentation taught me a lot about many cultures and how important it is to pay attention and respect other traditions. Group two focused on communicating in groups. The several different types of groups and their most common and unique characteristics. They also teach their stages of development and possible conflicts. This presentation helped me a lot to understand how important it is to communicate with your colleagues and work together. I also learned Different types of approach when there is a conflict between teammates. Last but not least, my group. Group 3 that specialized in group leadership and problem solving. Our teamwork taught me the importance of leadership and its roles. How leadership not only has to give roles and task to other member but also the great responsibility that it takes to be a leader. I also learned about the guidelines of effective meetings and how important meeting leaders and participants are. In my group I was also able to learn about problem solving and communicate with each other to create solutions and be able to create a better presentation with everyone's ideas. I personally specialize in evaluating group effectiveness and its presentations and dynamics. To conclude, in each presentation I had the wonderful opportunity to learn a little about each subject and be inspired by the great presentations of each group. Especially with my group since they gave me so many ideas when I was stuck or when I needed inspiration. Without them I would not have learned so much about teamwork and how important is to be there for each other.
