Group 3 Reflection

 In my group we had the honor of presenting group 3. I don't have any complaints, everything went as perfect as I didn't imagine. The students in my group were all very good and we had an excellent communication between everyone.  We help each other in everything we have doubts. He is also saying that all the groups did an excellent job and all the presentations were phenomenal. In all three presentations I learned a lot and had a lot of fun. In group 1 I know the topic that was discussed was Interactual Communication in which I learned many things I did not know. They talked about what cultures, traditions and belie were. I loved all the examples they gave of culture, for example, that of the Fourth of July, I loved it. They also talk about what is value. One of the most important one that was Interactual Communications, I learned that is a discipline that studies communications across different cultures. Now I'm going to count on group 2 which was also great. Group 2 was presenting about Communication in Groups. I loved it because there is a lot of talk about families, social groups, interest groups, work groups and team. They also did an excellent job. I loved the explanation of how each group was formed and also how it was the virtual group that right now is one of the ways that we used to be in a group. Basically everything I present in group 2 was about the different groups, how they are formed and how each group works. They also talked about conflicts and problems that happen in groups. Finally now I'm going to say about my group that it was group 3. Leaders always choose the harder right rather than the easier wrong. We learn about Formal leader and Informal leader. We also talk about the leadership roles and how to maintenance those roles. we provided logistical support of what Procedural roles was. In my part we presented about effective meeting which I turn to present alone because my partner did not show up in class but talk about all the guidelines that we have to follow up for a successful meeting , for example: agenda, attendees and logistics. We also talk about the Guidelines for meeting leaders and what to do during the meeting. All the groups did an excellent job and I have nothing bad to say about them. I loved everything and am happy to be able to share how I feel about the presentations.

Reflection Blog # 2

          Melody Perez Serrano    SPC 1017    Group Reflection Blog               Our second group presentation was amazing, at first it was very stressing since we weren't able to plan so ahead of time because  we were the first group to present. At the beginning everything that we had to do, was super overwhelming but thanks of what we learned from out previous presentation  we were able to connect and make the presentation as good as we can. The topic was so big that we had trouble planning out how we were going to start. The meeting with the librarian helped a lot in this issue since she guided us in the best way on how to find  resources for our topic. Group Reflection Blog #2 - Andy Macias

 Andy Macias  SPC 1017 March 24, 2021 My group, group #3 presented the pandemic. Our presentation went phenomenal everyone did an amazing job regardless of the fact that we were the first group presenting and had less time thanks to the great communication we all had, Grace and Lorena did a great introduction for the Coronavirus, Susej and I covered the history/overview of the pandemic, Andrei and Claudia did the public and personal recounts of the virus, Melody and Christian covered the handling of the virus in the united states and other countries, and finally Sade and Anniet went over the local and national resources regarding the whole pandemic. like I said before just great teamwork all around couldn't ask for a better team we put in a lot of effort and it shows.  The other groups projects which were Education and Racism were also amazing.
